季节 紧催着我的马蹄
Season spurs on the hooves of my horse
将我的马 拴在你繁茂的草原
Please tether my horse to your lush pasture
我平静的身躯
My calm body
在袅袅炊烟的风景里
will be born or die in the scenery of
出生或者死去
curling chimney smoke
请你 看好我的马
So please take good care of my horse
  
跑马溜溜的山上
On the hills where horses are galloping
彼岸是星空 或是星空漫开的路
the other shore is the starry sky or the road left by stars' dispersing
我向你奔去 马鸣如潮
I'm running to you while horses are neighing like tides
踩碎了饮露的草叶与尖尖的诗歌
tramping dewy grass and sharp poetry into pieces
我潜入想家的馥郁
I sneak into the fragrance of homesick
握住你纤细的手
and hold your slender hands
如果 哪一天
If one day
大雪覆盖了青青的草原
stormy snow covers verdant grassland
在时光流逝之前
before Time is gone
爱人 请你看好我的马
my love, please take good care my horse

天空飘过如马的云朵
Horse-like clouds are drifting across sky
将疲惫的马 拴在你的梦里
Please tether the tired horse in your dream
那儿有衔草的鸽子 欢畅跳跃
where grass-pecking pigeons jump cheerfully
温暖的阳光恰到好处
and the warmth of sunshine is just alright
我干脆仰天长卧
I simply lie on my back for a long time to face sky
等待一场雷雨
waiting for a thunderstorm
和蒲公英一起呼吸
and breathing with dandelion
为了黎明 悠扬
For the sake of dawn, let the voiceless sound
马蹄记忆的清音
of the horse-hoof's memory be melodious
朋友 请你看好我的马吧
Friends, please take good care of my horse
像看好我们朴实的话语
just as we take good care of our homely words
